No you cannot change or cancel your order. You can:

- Issue a return for merchandise refund.

- Contact us directly for an exchange of equal or lesser value.

We apologize if your item arrived damaged, broken, or defective. You will have 30 days from the day of the delivery, to notify us if you did not receive your merchandise, if your merchandise was wrong, or if the merchandise was damaged. Please use the contact page for assistance.

We offer Free Shipping on Orders over 350AED. Depending on location, some orders may take longer than others to be delivered.

We ship all orders from our headquarters in Dubai, and aim to have your products delivered either next day, or 7 business days if you're located West of Saudi Arabia.

We process all orders same day and have daily shipments that go out at 4PM Monday-Friday. All orders processed on Friday after 4PM or on weekends will be packaged & shipped the following business da

We ship to all 7 Emirates of the UAE, and are currently working on expanding to offer shipping to Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait, Iraq, Jordan, & Lebanon, and Egypt.

All orders are processed same day if the order is placed before 4PM on weekdays.

If not, your order will be processed the next morning and will be shipped at 4PM the next business day.

If you have your original invoice or packing slip, you will get a refund in the original form of payment.

We will credit your accounts within 21 business days of receiving your return. It may take several days to post activity to your account.

Please note that if items are not shippecd with the correct return shipping label, your items may be returned to you and your refund may not be processed.

We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept most returns by mail within 30 days of purchase for free. There will be no returns or credit after 30 days or in some select cases, 60 days.

Returned items must be in original, sellable condition with original packaging. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
