    All orders are processed by our warehouse located in Dubai in 24 hours, and shipped out at 4PM daily for next day delivery.

    You can expect your parcel within 1-2 business days from when it leaves our warehouse. Orders placed on Friday after 4PM will probably arrive on Monday.

    No you cannot change or cancel your order. You can:

    What are my delivery & shipping options at Khaleeji Toys?

    We offer Free Shipping on Orders over 350AED. Depending on location, some orders may take longer than others to be delivered.

    Where is Khaleeji Toys located?

    We ship all orders from our headquarters in Dubai, and aim to have your products delivered either next day, or 7 business days if you're located West of Saudi Arabia.

    We process all orders same day and have daily shipments that go out at 4PM Monday-Friday. All orders processed on Friday after 4PM or on weekends will be packaged & shipped the following business day.

    What countries do you ship to?

    We ship to all 7 Emirates of the UAE, and are currently working on expanding to offer shipping to Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait, Iraq, Jordan, & Lebanon, and Egypt.

    How fast is your shipping?

    All orders are processed same day if the order is placed before 4PM on weekdays.

    If not, your order will be processed the next morning and will be shipped at 4PM the next business day.

    Returns & Refunds

    How are refunds received?

    If you have your original invoice or packing slip, you will get a refund in the original form of payment.

    We will credit your accounts within 21 business days of receiving your return. It may take several days to post activity to your account.

    Please note that if items are not shippecd with the correct return shipping label, your items may be returned to you and your refund may not be processed.

    What is Khaleeji Toys' return policy?

    We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept most returns by mail within 30 days of purchase for free. There will be no returns or credit after 30 days or in some select cases, 60 days.

    Returned items must be in original, sellable condition with original packaging. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.

    Items purchased online can only be returned by mail.
